ABOUT THE TRAINER
Mr.Bakhtiar Khawaja
Mr.Bakhtiar Khawaja (Head Training & Development Bank Al-falah) is a seasoned HR professional who is well suited to play the role of a catalyst for culture change and transformation, helping his organization modernize and get ready to meet expectations of today's discerning customers. He has gathered decades of experience and expertise in establishing HRM structures for institutionalizing HR policies and procedures for the benefit of his organizations and their stake holders.

• Is a member of the US based Society for HR Management (SHRM).
• Is an expert level user of Office Automation tools Conducted over 200 training programmes of varying durations covering over 6000 participants.
• Set up from scratch three Training & Dev. Centres abroad and two in Pakistan, providing high quality multi-layered training to staff members.
• While at Hong Kong, Mr. Khawaja was an active Council Member of the Hong Kong Society for Training & Development.
• Designed syllabi for two subjects for the IBP diploma exams in the following subjects: SME Financing and HR Management.
• Have been an examiner for IBP in two subjects and a guest speaker with a number of academic institutions.
