CONTENTS
With increasing awareness, quality has become the main requirement of customers, whether internal or external. Quality cannot be achieved, sustained or improved without an effective management. The “Quality of Management” plays a key role in developing and nurturing the quality culture in an organization, which is the driving force for improvement and growth.
Identifying the main ingredients of ‘Quality of Management’ and then focusing upon them with the aim for improvement gives the organization an edge over others, and helps in achieving sustainable development. Few of these important and critical factors will be presented and discussed during this session.
ABOUT THE TRAINER
Muhammad Abid Hussain (known as Abid Sabri) is a Mechanical Engineer having MBA degree and many other Certifications and Diplomas in various disciplines. He served many organizations at various levels during last 25 years. For last 10 years, he is mainly involved in Management Systems Certifications and Management Trainings within and outside the country. His main areas of interest are Quality Management, Project Management, and Personal Development. Currently he is associated with Pakistan Institute of Management in Lahore.
