Result Driven Performance Management

(In the words of the organizers)
Managing performance and achieving the desired results is a tough task. Recently during a course 22 managers were asked to identify serious performance blocks they faced in their respective companies. Among the six performance blocks mentioned, three were these:

  1. Confusion about Departmental Head’s Priorities
  2. The lack of feedback to the managers
  3. Subjective performance evaluation- not related to results
Philip S. Lall capitalizing upon his research suggests a common sense system focused on managing individual performance. He calls it “Result Driven Performance Management”. It is a clearly structured system designed to deal with the performance blocking factors.

Mr. Philip S. Lall has kindly agreed to share his experience and knowledge with the members of Lahore HR Forum.
